Yes I did. Perhaps your mirror server has multiple IP addresses, and it uses some unexpected IP address for outgoing connections? Try these commands: rsync -4 rsync://no-access.miuku.net/keep-out rsync -6 rsync://no-access.miuku.net/keep-out These should report "access denied to keep-out" for 104.244.210.22 and 2620:11F:7003:4::2.
