[CentOS-mirror] Change IP in ACL for centos.mirrors.ovh.net

Hi, I've now added 178.32.10.115 to the list, and set 91.121.188.201 to 
expire in December. You should now be able to sync with the new IP address.

I believe you're aware that centos.mirrors.ovh.net is currently listed 
as old (21.8 days) on http://mirror-status.centos.org/ but that will be 
fixed the next time you sync. It may take a few hours for the mirror 
checker to catch up after that.
