[CentOS-mirror] Updating of IPv6 address

Hi,

This is with reference to centos mirror at http://mirror.nbrc.ac.in/centos

We have difficulty updating the mirror over the IPv6 address. Please 
also add the IPv6 address as well.

The details are as under
