Thanks, I have now added the mirror to the database. You can now rsync from rsync://us-msync.centos.org/CentOS/ Unfortunately our mirror database allows only one contact email address. I used infra-l at ufam.edu.br with the assumption that it is a mailing list for infra issues. If some other email address would be more suitable for this, please let me know.
