Hi again. For U.S. mirrors we would need to know the state as well, as 
mentioned in the template on 
https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors

I used Missouri (MO) as the state for your mirror. Hopefully it is 
correct. If not, please let us know.

It would also be nice if you could enable directory listings. There are 
links on the CentOS website which redirect people to the "isos" 
directory on mirrors. Your 
http://centos.expedientevirtual.com/7.4.1708/isos/x86_64/ gives a 403 at 
the moment.

You can now sync from rsync://us-msync.centos.org/CentOS/ and your 
mirror should show up on the lists in the next few hours.
