Hopefully it is correct. If not, please let us know. It would also be nice if you could enable directory listings. There are links on the CentOS website which redirect people to the "isos" directory on mirrors. Your http://centos.expedientevirtual.com/7.4.1708/isos/x86_64/ gives a 403 at the moment.
