Out of date mirrors are not shown on https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ and neither are they shown in the output of mirrorlist.centos.org. Please make sure you have set up appropriate scripts so that your mirror tries to sync periodically, perhaps every six hours or so. Usually this is done with cron. You can also try syncing manually to see if there are problems with the sync. If it outputs errors and you are unable to figure out the reason, please post the output of your rsync command so that we can help you diagnose the problem. Sometimes the rsync process gets stuck for some reason. Check if you have rsync processes running on the mirror, and kill them if necessary. Once the problem with the sync is corrected, the mirror checking scripts will automatically notice that your mirror is up-to-date again and the mirror will be listed again. This process may take a few hours, so please have some patience.
