[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror

Hello,
It looks like the mirror I did the initial sync from http://centos.mirror.lstn.net/ <http://centos.mirror.lstn.net/> is starting to run behind. 
I’ve updated the mirror to use the msync servers and it’s up to date.
