We have setup a new  Mirror server located in AE  
Please authorize or IP and list server in public mirrors list and fastmirror
database
 
Our mirror information is :
 
HTTP: http://ae.mirror.rasanegar.com/centos/ 
 
FTP: NO FTP at the moment
 
Sync schedule: Every 4 hrs
 
Bandwidth: 250Mbps 
 
Location: AE/Dubai
