 http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/ , for example.
 
 Please pick a nearby mirror that provides rsync from 
 https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ and make your initial rsync 
 from there. Please do not exclude any directories or architectures. Once 
 your mirror is complete, your IP address can be added to the appropriate 
 ACL so you can rsync directly from msync.centos.org.
