Sorry, it takes a while for us to process these requests. There have 
been a few other requests from other people as well, I'll try to get 
those done today.

You should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org now.

Please note that your FTP and rsync URLs do not work:

$ telnet mirror.onet.vn ftp
Trying 103.90.228.253...
telnet: connect to address 103.90.228.253: Connection refused

$ telnet mirror.onet.vn rsync
Trying 103.90.228.253...
telnet: connect to address 103.90.228.253: Connection refused

Perhaps it's a firewall problem, or the appropriate daemons are not running.
