Thanks, this information has now been updated and you should now be able 
to rsync directly from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/. There will 
still be some traffic to the old mirror due to caching, but the traffic 
will die down in the next few weeks. Feel free to shut down the old 
mirror when you feel like it.
