Hi, something changed the mirror and sponsor URLs in your email to point 
to email.expedientevirtual.com. My educated guesses for the URLs are 
above. Please make sure those are correct.

Your FTP server does not seem to allow anonymous FTP, making it a bad 
fit for a public mirror. Note that CentOS mirrors are not required to 
have FTP support at all, but if you do, it should be configured properly.

rsync has some problems as well:

$ rsync rsync://centos.expedientevirtual.com

The IP address of your mirror 209.126.110.8 does not seem to point to 
Mexico, but seems to be somewhere in U.S. Could you please clarify where 
this server is located? I will add your mirror to the list once the 
correct location of this mirror has been determined.
