Hi, I've now updated the data in the mirror database for this mirror. 
However, it looks like the rsync link does not work at all:

$ rsync rsync://linux.cs.nctu.edu.tw/CentOS/
rsync: read error: Connection reset by peer (104)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(764) 
[Receiver=3.0.9]

This should probably be fixed. Thanks for the update.
