[CentOS-mirror] broken file: kernel-debuginfo-3.10.0-121.el7.x86_64.rpm

Could someone please fix or remove this file:

http://debuginfo.centos.org/7/x86_64/kernel-debuginfo-3.10.0-121.el7.x86_64.rpm

It has incorrect permissions, and is much smaller than other kernel-debuginfo
files.
