Hmm, this mirror does not seem to be complete. For example,  
http://mirror.webruimtehosting.nl/centos/7/centosplus/x86_64/repodata/  
seems to be missing. Please make sure you are not excluding any content  
when you rsync. 
 
I have not added you to the list yet. Please rsync again from some other  
external mirror and report back when the mirror is up-to-date.
