Hi, that mirror looks quite empty at the moment. According to 
https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors you should use one of 
the external mirrors providing rsync access for your initial rsync. You 
can find that list here: http://centos.org/download/mirrors/

Please sync your mirror first (eg. from 
rsync://rsync.nic.funet.fi/ftp/pub/mirrors/centos.org/ ) and then let us 
know when you're ready. Thanks!
