Hi, looks like http://mirror.delorahosting.com/centos/ is empty. Note 
that according to https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors you 
should make your initial sync from some other external mirrors. A list 
of those external mirrors can be found from 
https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ and perhaps either 
rsync://sumberterbuka.beritagar.id/CentOS/ or 
rsync://centos.mirror.angkasa.id/centos/ are the closest ones for you.
