The download page (and mirrorlist.centos.org output) lists only mirrors 
that are up to date. Once your mirror finishes syncing and the mirror 
checker visits your mirror again, your mirror will be listed on the 
download page as well. This process may take a few hours, so perhaps 
check again tomorrow.
