OK, mirrors.noction.com can now sync using 185.34.200.45 (only). If this 
doesn't work yet, try again in half an hour.

Your new mirror seems rather empty, though. It would be a great idea to 
rsync from some other external mirror first (list available at 
https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) or from your old mirror 
server, because many of those mirrors have much more bandwidth than 
msync.c.o servers.
