That's because you switched your ipv6 address without telling us :-)

(so yes,  2001:630:12:1082:21b:78ff:fe7b:b824 was indeed allowed, but
not your "new" one)

So I have now updated that in the correct DB/table and ACL will be
regenerated everywhere automatically in the next minutes.

Also worth noting that you can also (in such ipv6 mismatch) just try to
force rsync over ipv4 (-4) and so still be able to sync.

Let us know if that's fixed for you in maximum 15 minutes
