Thanks, the mirror has now been added and you can now rsync from 
rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/

Speaking of rsync, there seems to be a slight problem with your rsync:

$ rsync rsync://mirrors.fibergrid.in/
centos         	Fibergrid CentOS Mirror

$ rsync rsync://mirrors.fibergrid.in/centos/
@ERROR: chroot failed
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at 
main.c(1648) [Receiver=3.1.2]
