[CentOS-mirror] Request to add xTom's CentOS mirror from Hong Kong

Thanks, I've now amended the information. But the rsync centos-altarch 
target does not seem to exist?

$ rsync rsync://mirror.xtom.com.hk/centos-altarch/
@ERROR: Unknown module 'centos-altarch'
