[CentOS-mirror] additional mirror

Hi, I'm afraid I have some concerns regarding this mirror. When I 
initially checked the mirror it seemed to have only CentOS 7 files. I 
thought it was still syncing, so I decided to check the status a bit 
later. Some CentOS 6 files have appeared since then, but the mirror 
still does not seem to be complete. In particular, it's missing several 
repodata directories. For example, 
http://mirrors.bytes.ua/centos/6/os/x86_64/ should have a "repodata" 
directory. http://mirrors.bytes.ua/centos/7/ also seems to lack quite a 
few files as compared to http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/

Please make sure you are not excluding anything when you sync.

The "IPv4 address to authorize" is supposed to designate your mirror's 
IP address. I would assume it should be 91.238.104.6.

Please let us know when your mirror has completed its initial sync so 
that it can be added to the CentOS mirrorlist and allowed to rsync 
directly from eu-msync.centos.org.
