Hi, I've now added this mirror and you can now rsync from 
rsync://eu-msync.centos.org/

Speaking of rsync, there seems to be a slight problem with your rsync:

$ rsync rsync://centos.be.mymirror.online/
rsync: failed to connect to centos.be.mymirror.online (185.99.49.33): 
Connection refused (111)
