  1.  Your file names are shortened, so the full file names cannot be read. This will be a server-wide issue, however here is an example - http://mirror.core.id/centos/6/isos/x86_64/. You can follow the steps from here (https://superuser.com/questions/1153765/how-to-show-the-whole-file-name-while-using-htaccess-to-list-files-in-a-directo) to correct this issue.
  2.  Folders for 7.4.1611 and the symlinked 7 folder are missing. All you need to do is run a sync and it will pull all files and folders, along with appropriate permissions. You do not need to manually edit anything.

Anything else, please ask. On or off-list is ok with me.
