Well, looks like this mirror is already in our database so I don't quite know what kind of changes would be necessary. I changed Rise->RISE and http://rise.ph/ -> https://rise.ph/ That msync.centos.org is a good place to sync from. As for a script, it usually boils down to one invocation of rsync and perhaps making sure multiple syncs are not running at the same time if the first sync takes too long. lockfile can help with this.
