[CentOS-mirror] Submitting Horizon mirror

[Horizon Support]

Hello,

I have Full sync from external mirror again, and i fixed IPv6.

$ curl -6v http://mirror.horizon.vn/centos/timestamp.txt

Update "*Sync schedule: Every 4 hrs*" To "*Sync schedule: Every 1 hrs"*.

Please help me check again and accept it.
