[CentOS-mirror] Update CentOS Mirror Information

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to update our CentOS mirror information.

The CentOS mirror "mirrors.huaweicloud.com/repository/centos/" is changing to "mirrors.huaweicloud.com/centos/". And we have added CentOS-AltArch mirror in our website.

The updated mirror information is:
