[CentOS-mirror] New mirror in New Zealand

Hi there,

We are a new mirror in New Zealand serving up many different flavours of
free software and would love to be included as an official centos mirror.
We run an anycast HA cluster across multiple sites and they are all in the
pool to serve "mirror.fsmg.org.nz". I have included requested information
below including all the IP addresses you will see syncs from:
