Hi, this mirror has now been added and you can now rsync from
rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/

It appears that there is a slight certificate problem with your mirror
which you can see by running: curl -v https://ftp3.isra.edu.pk/

For comparison, "curl -v https://www.isra.edu.pk/" works OK. Maybe the
mirror server needs an intermediate certificate in its configuration.
Both of these use the same *.isra.edu.pk wildcard certificate, but
www.isra.edu.pk has an additional intermediate certificate in its
configuration. Yes, some web browsers seem to be happy even with the
current certificate chain, but curl (or libcurl, rather) is what is used
when CentOS installations access mirrors.

Thanks!
