Hi, thanks and sorry for the delayed response. Holiday season over here.

This mirror has been added and you can now rsync from 
rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ but your mirror seems to have some 
configuration issues. When I try to access 
http://centos.mirror.lon.uk.hostlink.com.au/7/ (and some others) I get a 
403 Forbidden error.

Once this has been corrected and you do your next rsync and our mirror 
crawler visits your mirror again (this may take a few hours) your mirror 
will start to be used by "yum".
