Hi, as far as I can see, your mirror is already listed, and the 
information hasn't changed. According to 
https://mirror-status.centos.org/#ge it looks like your mirror was 
offline for a while, but if the mirror comes up again at its old 
address, there is no need to notify us about that. The mirror crawler 
takes care of brief mirror outages automatically.

Please let us know if there's something that needs to be changed, or if 
there are other issues.
