We have removed CloudFlare protection to mirror IP, please check  again.

Hmm..

$ host mirror.ilumno.com
mirror.ilumno.com has address 104.20.62.193 mirror.ilumno.com has address 104.20.61.193 mirror.ilumno.com has IPv6 address 2606:4700:10::6814:3dc1 mirror.ilumno.com has IPv6 address 2606:4700:10::6814:3ec1

Those are Cloudflare IP addresses. I don't think it's a good idea to point your mirror to a CDN operated by someone else.
