to the mirrors DB. The only thing I  noticed is that from a maxmind
GeoIP validation, your ip seems to be listed in IL and not CA, so it was
entered automatically in IL. Can you validate with Maxmind and have the
GeoIP difference resolved ?

https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours.
Your IP address[es] (64.250.124.70 2605:1080:2:f00::70) has/have been
added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from
msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
