Hi, this mirror has now been added and you should now be able to rsync
from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/

Your mirror will be listed on the download page and used by yum once you
have synced your mirror (it's a bit behind now) and the mirror crawler
has visited your mirror (this may take up to four hours).

As for IPv6, it seems fairly pointless to specify an IPv4 mapped address
for this purpose, because msync.centos.org will only see your IPv4
address when you connect to it. Likewise, clients connecting to your
mirror will actually use IPv4 for the connection, and IPv6-only clients
won't be able to connect to your mirror at all.
