As for IPv6, it seems fairly pointless to specify an IPv4 mapped address for this purpose, because msync.centos.org will only see your IPv4 address when you connect to it. Likewise, clients connecting to your mirror will actually use IPv4 for the connection, and IPv6-only clients won't be able to connect to your mirror at all.
