[CentOS-mirror] New Centos Mirror Thailand

I just checked and WHOIS says the address I got is in Thailand:

C:\Users\moshe> nslookup mirror.thaidns.co.th
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: mirror.thaidns.co.th
Address: 183.90.170.118

That check is from a Windows machine I happen to be working on at the
moment, but I get the same result from every location I tested, including
testing against all the major public DNS providers (Google, OpenDNS,
Cloudflare).
