I've now added your mirror and you can now rsync from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ I generally recommend not specifying any CentOS versions in sync scripts, but instead sync all the content from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ in one go. Mentioning any version numbers in sync scripts will typically cause sync issues sooner or later. For instance, if your configuration now handles CentOS 6 and 7, it will break the moment CentOS 8 gets released. Yes, there are also directories for CentOS releases 2 through 5, but those directories are essentially empty.
