[CentOS-mirror] HK mirror - repo.virtualhosting.hk sometimes HTTP Error 503 - Service Unavailable

I received a notice from the mirror admin saying that they have fixed 
the problem, so I've now re-enabled the mirror. Hopefully it's OK now.
