On the other hand, your mirror does seem to be faster than 10 Mbps, maybe max 100 Mbps. If we don't get complaints I guess it's alright. You may also want to consider this from a PR point of view -- if you provide a fast mirror, it may help convincing people using your mirror that the other services you provide (and sell) are also good. I reserve the right to change my mind about this, but your mirror has now been added and you can now rsync from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ for the main arch content, and from rsync://msync.centos.org/altarch/ for the altarch content. Yes, your mirror is indeed the first AltArch mirror in Thailand, congrats! Thanks!
