Hi, when I try to access 
http://istanbul.centos-mirror.guzel.net.tr/7/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml 
I get a 403 Forbidden error. Otherwise your mirror would seem to be OK. 
http://denizli.centos-mirror.guzel.net.tr/7/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml 
has the same issue.

Could you please fix these first? Thanks!
