Hi, these three mirrors have now been added / reactivated. You can now 
rsync your CentOS files from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/

http://centos.mirror.nsw.au.hostlink.com.au gives me a 404 when accessed 
over IPv6, but works OK over IPv4. Other than that everything looks OK.
