[CentOS-mirror] HK mirror - repo.virtualhosting.hk sometimes HTTP Error 503 - Service Unavailable

I received a notice from them that they've again tuned their settings. 
Hopefully it's OK now. If the issues persist, I would strongly recommend 
contacting them directly so I would not need to be a messenger in between.
