[CentOS-mirror] IPv6 Mirror Issue?

Since April 1st, whenever my rsync script hits the IPv6 server:
2607:ff28:8005:3:5054:ff:fe6b:2a18 it errors out.

receiving file list ... done
rsync: read error: Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at io.c(785) [receiver=3.1.2]
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (13792040 bytes received so far)
[generator]
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(226)
[generator=3.1.2]


Other IPv6 servers work fine.
