[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror: BUANA dotnet

Hi,

I would like to update our mirror (mirror.buana.web.id), because of 
network upgrade from 1Gbps to 10Gbps

The changes are:
Bandwidth: 10Gbps
IPv4 address to authorize: 103.120.66.145

The current IP Address (103.120.64.111) will still work for a few weeks 
after this change request is implemented.
