No need to add it as it's already there, but really "flapping" as it's
currently ouf of date (as you can see it yourself on
https://mirror-status.centos.org/#tr)

So can you fix your rsync script and monitor it ?
Once your mirror will be up2date, it will be added automatically back in
the yum mirrorlists and on website
