[CentOS-mirror] Syncing issue

Dears Mirror Admin,

We have an issue since 3 days we aren't able to sync from 
msync.centos.org the speed is too low

6.10/updates/i386/Packages/java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.241-2.6.20.0.el6_10.i686.rpm
      22,654,880  77%   11.86kB/s    0:09:06

is there any speed limitation?
