[CentOS-mirror] Higher Bandwidth and RSYNC

Hallo zusammen!

We raised the bandwidth-limit for our mirror to 1gbps and are also available via rsync IPv4/IPv6 now:

rsync://ftp.wrz.de/pub/CentOS/

Please update this in the mirror-lists.
