Hi,

There are quite a few mirrors actually in United States (124 that are
up2date when writing this) and 9 just for TX (where your mirror is located).
So all identified nodes asking for updates and coming from TX should get
the list of these 9 mirrors, and then depending on yum plugin or not
should be selected.

*but* it's *without* counting over ipv6, as if request is coming over
ipv6, we redirect to ipv6 validated mirrors, and yours
(mirror.netdepot.com) only has A record and not AAAA, so you're missing
the whole IPv6 traffic ;-)
